Anger
If we were to live, we had to be free of anger.  The grouch and the brainstorm were not for us.
They may be the dubious luxury of normal men, but for the alcoholic these things are poison.

I'm Joy, an alcoholic.  Fear is about the future, anger is about the present, and resentments are about the past.  The future I can't control, the past I can't change, and the present is where I live.  I get angry, mad, furious, and even ticked off sometimes.  It's one of our most common and basic emotions.  Have I ever made it through the entire day without getting angry at someone or something?  Probably not.  Because I'm unique in that I deal with anger on my own terms, at times I keep my anger inside since I don't want to make trouble; but that just seems to make me feel worse.  But I know one thing for sure .. God is watching out for me.  And I don't need to hurry and get to tomorrow for God is already there.  Thank you.
