Tolerance
I try to practice tolerance in small ways,
putting aside the little resentments, making light of that stealthy foe, self-pity, which will keep creeping in.
I know if I succeed, then I'm more likely to beat that great big resentment which nothing has been able to pry from its roots deep in my soul.

Thought to Ponder . . .
Flexible people do not get bent out of shape.

AA-related 'Alconym' . . .
P U T = Patience, Understanding, Tolerance. Presence.
Thanks to all of you for sharing so generously of your experience, strength and hope in carrying the AA message.
Blessings in sobriety to all,
In love and service,
