My name is Deb, and I'm an alcoholic.  I can be having a really bad day, and I don't have too many, but when I am feeling like crap I make a conscious effort to work my Step Eleven and get in contact with God.  Everything evens out and is okay.  My day is fixed.  It's much more manageable and I get relief.  Thanks.
